The water is stored in a holding tank as it is pumped into the house. As the water passes through, it undergoes multiple filtration processes. There is a water softener to soften the hard water, a greensand filter to remove potential iron (which is very low), a "big blue filter" and a UV filter. Soft water is better for your skin and hair. It reduces soap curd making cleaning easier. It softens clothes without hard minerals trapped in the fabric. Fabrics last longer and whites stay whiter without the dingy gray caused by hard water. Additionally, The house has a Reverse Osmosis System for drinking water. If you’re looking for pure water, Reverse Osmosis Water is the best.
